Valentina Passalacqua’s wines are finally back stateside, and we’re stoked to have them! Valentina sticks with her devotion to biodynamic farming methods, focus on natural processes, no filtering, and no fining and using native yeasts. Really, she’s an avant-garde producer…we will say it, a badass! Her Bombino is a light wine with a captivating character, it’s fresh and fragrant with a bright acidity, an enticing salinity and aromas of lemon, orange, and pear finishing with notes of citrus and pineapple.
