Francois brings us this lovely wine, made from prized Cinsault grapes from the Darling vineyard…it’s just so lovely, so bright, so vibrant! At one point this grape was so widely planted in the country, yet never gained deserved attention, it’s a gem under the radar. Notes of cherry and pomegranate mix with floral notes, luring us in. Juicy red fruits and soft minerality flood the palate balancing a moderate acidity and beautifully soft, delicate tannins.
