The name Aurora has a long history in the seaside town of Sanlucar de Barrameda, dating back to 1907. Named after Aurora Ambrosse Lacave, a pioneer female in the Sherry industry, who took over her husbands bodega after his death. This is a lovely Pedro Ximénex, it is delicate and velvety, rounded out with dried fruits, touches of soy nuttiness, and a long, sweet finish.
