Massimo really shows us his skill and passion with this wine; made from 100% Timorasso, a grape that nearly went extinct, hand harvested, and farmed sustainably. It’s pretty amazing, and very unique, think of this as being up there with the great Burgundian whites. It is dry and full, but still so fresh and crisp; chamomile and a faint minerality lead us into a wine that has hints of tropical fruits and a delicate smokiness. It has beautiful structure and balance thanks to the perfect acidity. This is one that is elegant and complex with length and intensity, and you’d better believe this one will age very well, after all this 2013 is his current release.
