Perfumed and powerful, this is a stunning white blend named after Aliot de Montvin, the glassblower that purchased the property in 1427. A bit of a rebel wine, their white plantings are a bit unusual thanks to their southern latitude...but the high altitude and protracted ripening make for beautiful fruit, and therefore wine! A beautiful golden yellow will lure you in, notes of lime, star anise, fresh toasted almond, warm brioche and honey dance around with a lifted, pleasantly surprising acidity and an elegant, finessed minerality.
