The Vin de Soif from Domaine les Hautes Noelles is juicy, lovely, easy-drinkn’ Cab Franc! Around since the 1930’s they became certified organic in 2012. A wine that exemplifies the easy going, food and wine driven passion that is the Val de Loire, this is one of our favorite “glou-glou” style, chillable red wines! Tart cherry, raspberry, floral notes, mineral drive, and hints of white pepper lead us to seductive, soft tannins. There’s a purple fruit and white flower note that layers in, adding some lovely depth and intrigue…do yourself a favor and grab a bottle, pop the cork, and dive into a good time!
