Patricia Green was one of the most gifted and intuitive winemakers in Oregon, she felt that the right people and places could produce wines that were interesting, unique and soulful. Her Sauv Blanc does just that. With only sparsely planted crops in this area, the wine is high- fruited and heavily- toned with tropical notes and hints of straw and minerals. It is light, bright and fresh, yet textured and rich without being overly heavy. A great summertime white that is extremely food friendly!
