This is classic Muscadet, a match made in heaven for oysters, meats, cheeses, and just any good time. Pierre’s grandfather was the first to make Muscadet in the village, and has been leading the way in organic production since the 1950’s. The wine doles out all the crisp, bright, citrus and minerality we expect and love. There’s a chalky freshness that balances notes of golden apple and hints of wild flowers with just a touch of brioche richness that sneaks in on the finish. This bottle will transport you to the Loire Valley, high on a hill over looking the river on a sunny spring day!
