This is a Mendocino County Sauvignon Blanc we really fell in love with…made from 70 year old vines that have never seen a drop of irrigated water, ever, it has a quality, Sauv Blanc realness. This is not your New Zealand Sauv Blanc, no jalapeno, green tomato, or cat pee notes (Sorry New Zealand, we still love you!) it shines with a light, flinty minerality that is mouthwatering and layered with bright citrus that make it so refreshing and crushable! Oh, and it’s natural in production, farmed for quality and a lovely hands 0ff approach to the winemaking!
