If summer had a perfume, this would be it! The wine is so fresh, aromatic, and vibrant with notes of fresh wildflowers and hints of ripe citrus that jump from the glass. A loose translation of Picpoul means “stings the lip,” and the wine delivers a bright, lemon zip that borders tart but maintains a balance that is so lively. Pretty much the taste of summer, the wine is killer paired with seafoods, looking at you lobster, and equally as delicious paired with grilled veg and cheeses. This is a wine to blow out the doldrums of winter and get you energized to hike, bike, swim, fish, or whatever you’re into!
