A unique, complex, and by no means a typical Champagne. Reminiscint of vintage champagne with oxidative qualities, the grapes in this wine are grown on premier and grand cru vineyards, spending seven years on lees. While its oxidative nature is on the forefront, notes of fresh fruit are indisputable. Its savory character provides intrigue and electric acidity.
