Founded by Etienne Bouvet in 1851, this is an old school, classic Brut Rosé. Following the traditional method, it is naturally fermented in the bottle; and the bright pink flamingo color comes from a quick maceration of the red Cabernet Franc on it’s skins. Fresh with fine tiny bubbles, a nose of raspberry, red currant, and peach finishing with a rich earthiness.
