We love what Cade does, their Cabs are lovely, but it’s a really special treat to see their Sauvignon Blanc! It’s rounded, a touch creamy, has a mineral drive that weaves through and finishes with citrus driven acidity. Aromas of pineapple, melon, apple, peach blossom, and tangerine lead us in to notes of pear, lemon, lime, cream soda, lemon meringue and grapefruit. There’s just something about the balanced richness and freshness that plays so well together and leaves us reaching for another glass…ok, for the rest of the bottle!
