This is one of those wines that gives you something new every time you take a sip.  Yellow apple, Asian pear, and oily citrus peel on the nose, followed by white flower and honeysuckle palette. An earthy, mineral driven finish rounds out the sip, and makes this 100% Sémillion a beautiful pairing for fish.
