Pansa Blanca, also known as Xarel-lo, really shines with it’s chalky, mineral character! Skin contacted, no filtering and no fining, the wine is wild yeast fermented with skins and allowed to age on lees. Delicate and perfumed, the granite from this site gives the wine a crystalline minerality and vibrant spice that is lovely and complex.
