Too light to be certified organic, but too good not to be bottled, this rosé, done in the vin gris style, is equal parts Clairette, Grenache, and Cinsault. It is salty, discreet, and full of brambly fruit and soft citrus notes. A lovely rosé, from one of the greatest, and longest running estates in the south of France that dates back to the 1500s.
