This wine is made from early-ripening, low acid grapes with soft tannins and is now the focus of the region’s best estates. The grapes for this wine are sustainably farmed and supplemented with organic compost. To preserve freshness the wine remains in stainless steel and never sees oak. The wine is very pretty and fresh, it shows plenty of intensity in dark black and blue fruits, licorice, spices, and violets.
