A beautiful, classic expression of Bordeaux, notes of red fruits, violets, and spice lure us in. Classic Left Bank Style, the Cab Sauv gives us nice structure, deep black currant, and spice, the Merlot blends in blue fruits, touches of mint, and more spice, all balanced by elegant tannins that meet coffee and vanilla on a long, clean finish. It’s been described as a “delight to lovers of elegance and simplicity,” and we totally agree. We also love that this wine is Kosher (Mevushal).
