Hand-picked from high elevation vineyards in Galilee highlights the ancient soils and Mediterranean terroir makes for great wine. Soft pressed and aged in French oak for around a half a year the wine is full-bodied but finessed. A delicate smokey note and hints of spices meet deep black fruits and herbs with a long and clean finish.
