An un-oaked chardonnay that’s estate grown and bottled, and sustainable to boot. Grapefruit tinged green apple, pure, crisp, and dry with a lasting finish. The vineyard staff asked John Balletto, the grape grower, to sponsor their baseball team, and he in return pulled the team together to create their own “Field of Dreams.” So nestled among the vines is a four acre baseball field. Every Sunday in the spring and summer you can hear bats cracking, kids laughing, and cheers!
