A 50/50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot fermented with native yeast in steel tanks and bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur. This Demeter certified wine brings bright red fruits with good earthy grip, and supple tannins on the finish. This is a great warm-weather red with only 12% ABV and perfect for any backyard BBQ.
