Produced by Marine Descombe (one of our favorite under-the-radar Beaujolais winemakers) for Mary Taylor's "White Label" project; this is Gamay that really shows off the Brouilly adjacent soils it's grown in. Fresh and lively with depth it shines with notes of plum and deep berries, a touch of pepper, dried wildflowers, and a crunchy minerality highlighted by soft spice. It's just so classic, so yummy, and so easy to drink and pair with!
