South African Sauvignon Blanc, we don't see them very often, but they can be so delicious! All estate fruit, the harsh winds and austere soils give just enough stress to the vines so they produce small amounts of high quality fruit, it also serves to protect them from pests and disease. The wine is bright and fresh, fruity and ripe, it doles out notes of melon and lemongrass, zippy citrus, and touches of pineapple, grenadilla, and apple.
