Feudo di Santa Tresa’s take on the classic Cerasuolo blends all the old world soul with new age charm. Made from organic grapes, the wine is elegant, energetic, and so easy to drink, especially with some nice grilled fish or a tomato based fish stew. The Nero d’Avola gives us all the dark, purple fruits we could ever want that balance the red fruits and berry notes of the Frappato. There is a depth balanced by softness, hints of earthy undertones and floral highlights with just the right amount of velvety soft tannins.
