The Note di Bianco is a Sicilian gem brought to us by the master, Alessandro Viola. Grillo is a grape native to the island, and it really expresses the islands soul! Everything is done by hand, farming is organic, with no filtering or fining and with loads of Italian passion. It is zesty and crisp, laden with citrus fruits and citrus zest, classic island mineral drive, hints of scrub and white flowers. It’s just so bright and refreshing, as charming as it’s winemaker, and ready to go with food and friends!
