Cottanera gives us a pure expression of the wild, explosive minerality from the volcanic soils of Mount Etna where the vineyards for this wine sit. A blend of Cataratto (95%) and Viognier (5%), the wine has pleasant freshness, delicate floral notes of wisteria and Scotch broom on a saline backdrop with zippy, bright citrus and touches of fresh herbs and remarkable minerality.
