I mean, we just can’t get enough of the Bichi wines! This orange wine from them really makes us lose it…from a single parcel of vines planted in the 80’s, it was abandoned for years until Bichi revived it. Seeing extended maceration, it is fresh, expressively funk, and so energetic! A neat example of amber wine, it’s tannic and loaded with notes of baked golden apple, juicy citrus, hints of melon and wild flowers with a granitic mineral drive.
