Bugey is a well kept secret! Cultivated by Romans and resuscitated by medieval monks, the methode ancestrale predates methode champenoise and therefore dosage is not permitted. Instead, the resulting wine is delightfully refreshing with bright sweet watermelon, wild summer strawberry, and citrus.
