Valentina Passelacquas’ pét-nat of Bombino Bianco, we just love what she does. This bottle will probably make you do the same. Funky, fizzy, and hazy, given several days of skin contact, and made from all biodynamically farmed grapes. It’s citrus driven with notes of bitter orange and grapefruit zest, dried white flowers, hints of dried herbs, and a minerality with hints of saline.
