The winery is an hour away from the vineyards… Lebanon’s borders, and Lebanon, didn’t exist when the winery was started in 1930! The founder and winemaker stayed through war and other adversity; the history is incredible, the valley ancient, the wine delicious! This isn’t Jesus’ plonk!
 
Coming from some of the original vines, this is the winery’s signature wine. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, and Cinsault, the wine takes 7 years to make between fermenting, aging, and bottle maturation! Fresh acidity and supple tannins balance blackberry, cherry, and currants accented by leather, pepper, vanilla, cocoa, and dusty earth.
