There’s a lot going on with this wine…but in all the right ways! To start, the winery pays homage to the indigenous people’s, the Wadandi, that used to call the land home. The estate is carbon neutral and naturally powered, vegan friendly, and sees minimal intervention. On top of it all, it’s just a down right delicious, really fun wine! Vibrant and fragrant it combines tropical notes of honeydew, papaya, and citrus, but isn’t too rich. It’s fruit driven with tart green apple, passion fruit, and hints of peach and nectarine. Loads of dry citrus and soft minerality come through on the long, clean finish.
