Israel is a part of the cradle of wine production; they’ve been making wine for thousands of years, and doing so very well. We just don’t see their wines too often; this one comes from the Golan Heights from vineyards that sit high in the mountains and have cool climates unique from the surrounding areas. Extremely floral with bright melon, citrus, guava, green apple, and fresh flowers it has both a tropical crispness and lush roundness that makes it so refreshing. This is an energetic wine, full of vigor and pep, it evolves and has depth that makes it really fun.
