At first coy but supple, a bright, lively acidity brings forth delicate character of citrus and stone fruits in a tight flavor profile that slowly reveals itself. This Trebbiano is unfiltered and unfined, delightfully hazy, but sees no skin contact. Fermented and aged in steel to keep it fresh and vibrant, the wine is really defined by simplicity, freshness, and minerality. We also love the fact that it’s a relatively low alcohol wine, coming in at only 10%, meaning we get maximum drinkability.
