Martha Stoumen believes strongly in making wines that represent patience, in the vineyard and in the cellar. Using sustainable, organic, and ecologically sound farming methods, and letting the natural yeasts and bacteria on the grape skins perform the fermentation. The resulting wine has notes of bright citrus a joyful minerality and a hint of white flower blossoms. It is chock full of summer flavors, slightly salty and extremely drinkable (dare I say flirty even).
