Lovely, cool climate Cali Chardonnay, this is a bit of a riff on Chablis. Entirely stainless steal through fermentation and aging, the wine shines with citrus notes like lemon and lime, it's fresh and vibrant. The extended lees aging gives a nutty richness and touches of warm brioche that balance the citrus and notes of golden apple and pear, a touch of creaminess comes in on the finish and compliments the mineral drive.
