BIG SALT from Ovum is a white wine that tries to capture a day at the beach in a bottle. Keeping the blend pretty well to themselves, we know they work mostly with Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and Muscat. The wine is dry, fresh, floral, and breezy - it’s bright and textured almost salty (we get sea breeze and vanilla cherry Coke) it’s well-suited for sitting in the sun and hanging with friends. Sustainable and Organic vineyards throughout Oregon are the building blocks for Big Salt. This one was so popular at the wine bar last year they sold out before we could even get any for the store…you better believe we’re stoked to have it in!!
