This blend of Voskehat, Khatuni, and Nazeli- all indigenous to Armenia-has delicate aromas of white lily, citrus fruit, white pepper and marked minerality. It’s refreshing acidity, followed by a rich mid-palate- lingers on the finish with notes of yellow peach and Armenian apricot. Yacoubian-Hobbs is an Armenian project from Paul Hobbs.
