Seeing neutral oak and concrete tanks, the wine is made from old vines, 70 years old, harvested early to keep freshness, and almost all whole cluster. All this to say they want it to stay bright, refreshing, and so lovely. It shines with bright red fruits like small berries, cherries, and tart plum, there’s a soft floral tone that dances with easy going minerality, and just a touch of earthy scrub and herbs on the finish, we think because of the Syrah. It’s one of those wines that does so well with a chill, some friends, and any grill or adventure!
