Half steel and concrete egg and half aged French oak keep the wine pure with driven lime, orchard fruits and chalky minerality with a lush, rounded finish. It has all the richness, creamy notes, and oak hints we look for from a California Chardonnay, but it keeps a fresh acidity and tropical fruit note that can only come from superbly produced California fruits.
