From one of our favorite producer's in Sicily, Frank's hands off approach to farming and winemaking deliver wines of incredible character, depth, and quality. Hand harvested, naturally fermented, and seeing no filtering or fining, this white blend of Greciano Dorato and Corricante, 50/50, sees light skin contact and gives us a wine layered with intense golden fruit notes, layers of dried stone fruits, apple, and pear, and touches of honeyed richness on top of a flinty, ash driven minerality that sees touches of soft scrub.
