This single vineyard wine comes from a 15 year old block of Shiraz vines. It’s an Aussie classic, made to be copiously drinkable. De-stemmed and crushed into concrete open fermenters and aged in stainless steel. Plush and velvety, with cascades of dark cherry plum and sweet-spiced fruit. The ripe but fine tannins give texture, sustaining length and a superb ability to age.
