So many reasons to love this wine...to start with, the family has been making wine in this village since the 1600, so they have some serious experience. They are pioneers in biodynamic farming and winemaking in the region, and have a massive cellar on the estate, this allows them to hold all wines until they think they are ready for release...that's why we have a 2015 Pinot Noir as Rolly's current release. All that aside, the wines speak for themselves, they are loaded full of soft, seductive red fruits, earthy undertones, a lovely mineral balance, and a soft floral/herbal note that is so entrancing.
