Bodega de Pinoso is one of the pioneer organic wineries in the Valencia region. They take special care to work the soil in a way that promotes biodiversity and the overall health of the vineyard. This traditional Spanish grape Monastrell is chosen for its rich aromas of raspberries, dark cherries, forest strawberries and hints of spice: a pleasing and versatile red for all occasions (and pockets). The Zillamina Rosso is particularly full of personality! Red forest fruits and whiffs of spice on the nose, with a structured black fruit driven palette. Very Mediterranean in spirit, and great with a char mark!
